Summer's newest denim hues have the A-list hooked as they shrug off dark indigo and black in favour of paler, retro shades like stone wash, faded out grey and almost white jeans. Team with a cute tee, shrunken jacket or blazer and bright accessories, just like these celebs have and you'll have the look the stars are loving right now.

Personal Trivia

During high school she went by the name Blair because she hated her first name. She is still not comfortable with her age at the name of 36. She says, "I've always thought of it as an old woman's name, so I demanded that everyone call me Blair. In high school, when people found out my name was Selma, they'd call me things like Smell-ma or Salmonella. That stuff basically came from friends, and I never really had any enemies, so I just kind of smiled through it. "I still don't like my name. It does not fall prettily off the tongue. In fact, it's hideous. My middle name is James, and I like to be called that."
She has been romantically linked to Jason Schwartzman of Rushmore Fame.
In her sparetime, Selma collects black-and-white photography. She also enjoys horseback riding, and loves snow jumping.
Blair's intention for her future was to become a photographer. She had some macabre ideas as to what would make a good shot. She explains, "I didn't have many models I was comfortable asking to pose for me, so I did a lot of self-portraits. "I didn't want them to look as if they were of me, so I made myself up like (artist) Magritte's mother, who drowned herself and was supposedly found with her nightdress wrapped around her head. "I took a bunch of self-portraits in that state and some very macabre, victim-y ones, in which I'd torn off my clothes, found a ditch at the side of the road and jumped in."
Selma has a reputation for becoming every publicist's nightmare by talking about anything and everything during an interview.

College Trivia

During her time at the Kalamazoo she did a play called "The Little Theater of the Green Goose"
Selma studied acting at the famous Stella Adler acting school

Movie Trivia

She wore a very large pair of fake breasts to play a stripper in the movie A Dirty Shame (2004), directed by John Waters.
She guest starred as Wendy in an episode of Friends.
Blair is uncredited for her role on Scream 2 (She played a voice on the phone.)
Selma appeared in the USA Network's movie No Laughing Matter
Selma is going to be a producer in an upcoming film called "The 1 Second Film"
Didn't rehearse for the kissing scene with SMG.

Blair and Holmes were battling it out with another young actress for the part - and the Hellboy star was confident she'd land it.
She says, "Holmes got it fair and square... (but) I remember seeing her walk into the (audition) room and thinking, 'She is just the tallest girl. There's no way they'll give it to her. She won't even fit on camera.' Then I ate my words. She was adorable."

Misc Trivia

Selma likes animals. She volunteered at an animal shelter caring for stray dogs. For their August 2002 issue, Seventeen magazine was doing an article about her and they photographed her with some of these dogs.
She has a one eyed dog named Wink.
Selma & Ahmet'swedding was originally meant to take place at the Ritz-Carlton in nearby Marina Del Rey, but the couple changed locations at the last minute.
According to People magazine, the bride wore a white satin tailor-made Karl Lagerfeld gown while the groom wore a black suit. For the reception, Blair changed into a black version of the same dress as the 70-plus guests danced to disco tunes and dined on grilled salmon and a three-layer coconut wedding cake.
She was ranked #93 on the FHM 100 Sexiest Women of 2004.
